Customers have had great customer service experiences. Kylee helped a customer pick out the best frames for their face by asking great questions, and also helped with contacts. Jordan was kind, helpful, patient, great at multi-tasking, and very knowledgeable, doing a fantastic job even when he was the only one working. Another customer had their contacts shipped express to their home after a notification said they were delivered to the store, and received them the next day.
