I have had a good eye exam in the past from the optometrist.
I have had below average and mixed results getting glasses made, and provided to me on site.
Now today, I have been unable to reach either the optical department or the appointment department upstairs to make an appointment with an optometrist or ask a question no one is answering the phones and I have spent more than 30 minutes calling back three different times at this business. So again, I’m stating that both the optical department and The optometry and doctors ophthalmology appointments desk. Nobody is answering the phones.

Janet has been my go-to person at various Dean retail optical locations for years. She is skilled, warm and very helpful. In addition, she gets it right; and if the fit isn’t up to her high standards, she works on it until you AND she are satisfied. I highly recommend her.
--the glasses are okay....the service to the glasses, subpar--I have progressive lenses and after a month I was noticing that I was working(behind a computer) with my head tilted back to see better. Something I didn't have to do with old glasses. Brought them in, they adjusted them, results were minimal. Now, 7~8 months later, one lens has a noticeable scratch on it. I called, they said 'yes, you have a one year warranty, but you already brought them in once for adjustment and our warranty is only for one fix.'ARE YOU KIDDING ME! THIS IS NOT THE DEFINITION OF A WARRANTY!!!UPDATE....changing my one star review to three...they did contact me and fix my issue--not giving...read full review
