Susan helped us find the right fit for us. She unscrambled many needs and directives in order to do so. She’s a great listener (and we’re a little hard to follow). Susan pointed out home features that are unique to our new home, which are extremely quirky and lovely, and we might have not noticed with her guidance. She really seems to understand the heart and soul of different properties, and of her clients as well. She feels like a member of our family after months of journeying with us to find our great little corner in Madison.
If I could give more stars I would! Susan hung in there with our anxiety and ambivalence about moving for many, many months always patient and reassuring and positive . Susan’s knowledge about Madison housing stock, maintenance and repair was invaluable and helped us understand what we were and were not able to manage, given our criteria. Susan took the time to get to know us and helped guide us into a decision that ultimately was the right one for us.
We highly recommend Susan and the Solidarity realty team for exceptional knowledge, support and values!
