I’m a CNA that brought a senior client to Rooted Culture + Co for an appointment. This client has been seen by the same stylist for years. When we got out of my car, Amanda literally greeted us outside and helped her into the salon. While I waited inside, another team member handed me a MENU and asked for a drink ORDER. What?!?! She came back within the minute with a cold & refreshing drink from The Thirstea Troll Nutrition who is partnered with Rooted Culture Mt. Horeb. When she handed it to me she told me to let her know if I wanted it refreshed before leaving. 😧 Not only did the team treat my client with so much kindness and respect, but they made me feel welcome, which is so above and beyond unexpected. Thanks for such a great experience, I will be recommending Rooted Culture to future clients, and hopefully schedule an appointment for myself in the future.
I had an appointment with Charlie and I couldn’t be happier. I have difficult hair and she did an amazing job with the cut and color. I am very happy and will definitely be going with her from now on. Also looking forward to getting a facial! Highly recommend!
