The company has been praised for their reliable service and genuine care for their customers and their homes. Clients have highlighted the quick response times, with one customer stating that PPC was able to come to their house in 40 minutes, compared to another company that said they could only come sometime the following week. Another customer praised the professionalism and friendliness of the technician, Jerry, who completed the job the same day and exceeded the customer's expectations.
Kane was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was thorough in his inspection and reviewed the potential issues with me and how he secured my property when he was finished. I now have piece of mind knowing potential entrance points I was not previously aware of have now been addressed. I highly recommend Kane and appreciate his work!
