This is nirvana.
My wife and I have been members of the east side Princeton Club since 2023. We love the trainers at this gym. The facility is maintained extremely well, from cleanliness to addition of new equipment annually. The owner takes critical feedback seriously and incorporates changes to ensure their facility remains the best in the area.
Decent gym but for being one of the most expensive gyms in Madison it’s interesting that the equipment is so old and that there’s not starting weights on popular machines like leg press/ hack squat. As someone who tracks their workouts, this makes it difficult to ensure accuracy and progressive overload.
