Planned Parenthood is a Reproductive Healthcare facility and I will stand by them forever, especially after my most recent interaction with a Nurse Practitioner. I had a virtual screening prior to receiving a STD screening, I discussed with the NP my most recent risky exchange and how I have been experiencing symptoms that don't typically align with the STDs I was worried about. After listening to my symptoms and stories about rude comments partners have made about odor, the NP discussed proper reproductive hygiene and how I shouldn't feel bad how I smell when I'm healthy. Amy is an outstanding nurse she’s truly incredible she has assisted the clients with utmost care respect and true compassion. I highly suggest management to promote her to next level and give credit for her sincere dedication . She’s got great communication skills and all the staff members have been excellent. Amy has been tremendous asset to the team. She deserves a promotion for her extended support commitment and hardwork in excelling the clinic.
I had an appointment here to have my IUD removed. I was really scared and have terrible ptsd from a previous procedure. The staff was so wonderful and made me feel comfortable and safe when I felt really panicked. The nurse let me squeeze her hand during the procedure, excellent women who work here and had a great experience overall.
