Love love love this studio and community! Several years ago I added weekly private sessions to my exercise routine and it has been literally life-changing! My core strength & flexibility have improved dramatically despite getting older. And discovering the mind-body connection has given me a deep appreciation for what my body can do!! The instructors are amazing - I can't say enough good things about Kelsey ❤️

Brooke is an incredibly knowledgeable Pilates Instructor with a wonderful eye for detail! I learned a lot from working with her in one session. (I was only here for a day). She has a wonderfully engaging personality and even though I was working hard for the entire session, the fun factor was present the whole time! The studio is clean and well appointed. If I am this way again, I’ll definitely be returning!! Thank you Brooke for a wonderful session!!
