She does a great job explaining what’s going on and provides a rehab protocol that is personalized to my needs. I initially came to Peak Performance as a preventative measure as I started training for the Chicago Marathon. I had previously managed on again, off again knee pain and wanted to stay on top of it as my mileage increased. Early on in my training plan, I experienced new, significant shin discomfort so the focus of my PT shifted to incorporate movements to strengthen other areas of my legs.
