Very bad experience with my 2020 tax return.They took my tax related documents without any comment how busy they are ( I could have gone to a different place), then took very long before contacted me that my taxes are ready a day before deadline. When I went to pick it up, I noticed the return was done wrong. they calculated large capital gains and huge tax to pay when the capital gain should be 0. And the price for the service was very high without any explanation, brake down….So I asked for correction ….and now, end of June my 2020 taxes are still not done. Communication is horrible…
Jill, Trayven and Kari have been fantastic. Always quick to respond, even during busy seasons. They ask the right questions and left me feeling confident that my situation was in good hands. When my eFile got rejected by the IRS, they contacted me immediately to let me know the potential cause and had a paper file printed out and marked for signature that same day so I could drop it off at the post office.Extremely pleased with the quality and professional atmosphere.
