Metta Acupuncture LLC is an experienced and excellent acupuncture practice. It is a comfortable, professional, and peaceful atmosphere. The practitioner is incredibly astute and intuitive, making clients feel seen and heard. Treatments provide relief from painful symptoms, including for back pain, physical stress, and mental stress. Many experience beneficial differences immediately, with significant relief felt very fast. The acupuncture itself is relaxing, improving overall well-being. Clients often come out feeling brand new and reset. It is a highly recommended resource in the community for anyone seeking treatment or some R&R.
Erika is a patient and professional practitioner who provides results. I started treatment for stress-induced bruxism (teeth grinding) and have experienced great relief with her help. Through our brief chats, I've been able to better understand the source of my stress and to tune into myself with greater ease. Following her advice in supplements to support my outdoor running practice, I have experienced the cessation of Raynauds symptoms, even in below freezing temps! Words cannot express how meaningful it is to have winter activities back- without the numbness in my extremities and the pain that accompanies the return of blood flow. I went to Metta Acupuncture after sustaining a concussion and hoping for some relief. This was my first experience with acupuncture and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Erika was absolutely great!
