We worked with Jack to pick a new roof for our home. We have both a flat areas and Pitched areas on our home. Jack was able to provide a excellent solution for both. The pitches were covered in a Aluminum in a Slate Rock Gray finish. The upper deck and porches were done in IB Deck Shield with a textured surface, and the other flat areas were done with another IB product. The finished system is absolutely Stunning. During the installation the Crew kept us informed as to the work being done and explained everything in detail. The Clean Up was daily and thorough. The crew also showed us some unknown water damage to our old roof that they were able to repair. From our first meeting with a Jack to the finished install we were impressed with the attention to detail. We were also impressed with their ability to work with our Siding contractor to insure a seamless appearance. Overall a Exceptionally Professional Company. (5 Stars all the way) The roof has preformed perfectly. In fall I Did Not have to blow leaves off the roof as none stuck like with our Old Asphalt roof. During winter Snow did not collect heavily on the roof. Ice dams melt off in short order in the sun that would have lasted all winter on our old roof. In short ZERO PROBLEMS. On appearance, the roof is stunning. People ask me if it is really metal regularly. The Deck are much more appealing, then the old rubber, and the texture offers good traction.
