Took in a pair of hiking boots with the soles starting to fall off at the toe, and I am *thrilled* to report that after a fix here, not only did they perform superbly on a few recent winter hikes, but they were even comfier than before. Five stars! Only problem is that the work is so good I won't have to visit often. Thanks again!

I brought in a pair of suede booties that had a high, narrow heel. I wanted them replaced with more walkable heels. The owner proposed a stacked heel that is typically used on men's boots. I knew it would take a month (they were upfront about that), and I picked up my boots right on time. Not only did he do a good job, but the heels have "give" to them and are VERY comfortable. I am tempted to bring in all of my heeled booties, just to get a comfort heel. I have to say I was a bit hesitant to bring in my booties because they were very pricy, but not to worry. I will be back.
