My phone fell out of my pocket as I was closing the car door and the phone got smashed in it. Phone worked but screen was damaged/unusable. MPC fixed it and it works like new. Thanks guys!
I am very satisfied with the service I received. My cracked iPhone screen was repaired within 30 minutes and the value for the work done and convenience was very much worth it! Additionally, the employees were both polite and professional. Definitely recommend.
1/27/26: Unfortunately had to take away some stars. I politely reached out to them for a receipt for work they had done on my business cell and they never responded.
1/28/26: They did finally respond after I wrote this review. I gave them back a star, but I do wish they would have followed up appropriately at first request.
Had an excellent experience there. Another store held my laptop for a week, just to tell me they can't fix it without me having administrative privileges. Here, they spent 10 min to tell me the issue - a battery needed to be replaced, 2 business day to get a battery, and 10 more min to replace it. Very fast. And no silly claims like 'we need to do an image of your hard drive to replace a battery'. Thank you guys.
