I had a microneedling appointment with PRP and was nervous at first, but Michelle did a great job explaining each step and made it less scary! It was not painful with the lidocane cream beforehand. The office staff is so nice and the treatment room was sparkling clean and sanitary. I had a great experience and will definitely be back. Thanks!
I have had Liz, a nurse practitioner at Medical Procedures of WI, for the following; Microneedling, Botox treatments and Sculptra treatments. Beginning with Liz's in-depth explanation of each procedure, through the process and the final results she is the consummate professional.
The medical spa headed up by Dr Philippi offers exceptional vein care and the aesthetics arm of the spa is just as excellent. Registered nurse Liz is simply rockstar quality. She's knowledgeable, kind, and personable with a million dollar smile. She listens to you intently and makes decisions in concert with you. She makes sure that whatever treatment you get it's the least onerous in cost and with as little pain if possible. Her laser treatments are unique because the spa specializes in medical vein care and therefore she can use instruments not available in other spas. I received treatment for both tiny veins and brown spots on my face. The result has been stunning....read full review
