Kara is amazing. She gives an amazing, deep massage, with great care for her client's body and emotional well being. She is great to talk things through with. I very much look forward to seeing her on a regular basis. I always feel centered and relaxed afterwards.

I have been going to Lighthouse Healing for years and it's become a part of my monthly routine. Kara is experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and an all-around amazing human. The Shamanic journey sessions have been transforming. Scheduling is super easy on the website and you can pay there. Best massage I've ever had.

Kara is hands down amazing. Her warm approach and expertise can't be understated. She's very accommodating with requests (covid related, massage related, etc.). Scheduling and payment are a breeze. I would most definitely, without hesitation recommend for your massage needs!!

I’ve worked in many different industries including spas, yoga studios, hotels like the Ritz Carlton, and of course private practice. I specialize in working with pregnant woman, survivors of abuse and people with chronic health conditions.
