Lovely experience from start to finish. Appreciate the dedicated and talented staff, access to try the amazing products (love the smells!!!), and the thoughtfully cultivated environments (e.g., sanctuary, spa/steam room, and therapy rooms). You all have created a gem of a spa in Madison!
Great service and professionalism. I don’t usually find the right information as to how to take care of my skin. I got amazing help and was able to come up with a plan for a good care routine and all was made very easy. 10 out of 10!
Amazing experience! From reception, to greeting to service I felt so welcomed and comfortable in this space. It’s aesthetically beautiful and they haven’t missed a detail to make your experience a wonderful one. I had a facial with Jessica and she was awesome and had a great touch. She customized it to my needs. I slept 12 hours after going to Kosa, so to say it was relaxing would be an understatement. I can’t wait to return!!
