This review is for pick-up - I showed up and asked if they could fill the bed of my truck, which they did quickly and expertly in about a minute. Nice staff and easy in-and-out, for those who don't need delivery.
Fantastic mulch! I've ordered the double shredded oak twice and it is such a nice brown product. The delivery staff is also excellent. I requested that the mulch be placed on my tarp at the top of the driveway near the garage. The driver realized that following those directions would harm a low branch on a nearby tree, so he called me and left a nice voicemail describing the situation, then carefully moved my tarp a few feet to accommodate my request to the best of his ability and, more importantly, protect my tree.
My neighbors and I often get JR's in a group order, but this year, I haven't been as energetic as usual, and was dreading spreading the mulch even though were were sorely in need. When I got the flyer, I saw that they offered mulch spreading, so I called LeAnna and she set up both the mulch order and the very reasonably priced spreading, about a week from when I called.
And this morning was the day. The mulch was dumped at 7am on the nose, and Alejandro and his crew were literally done and gone by 8am, having perfectly dispersed 4 cubic yards of mulch, a process that normally takes me several full days on my own.
