Salt room was great & I really enjoyed the free massage chair afterwards, apparently it's always complimentary anytime you visit! Your first time infrared sauna use is free too. You can book all their services & amenities online, even the massage chair a la carte. Such an amazing gift to the community.

I am a LMT that has specialized in trigger point therapy for over 23 years now. Today, I had my first massage with Jeanne Kowle at the Sauk Prairie location. She is not only very skilled at her trade, but she intuitively knows how to address your pain and how much pressure to use and I feel amazing! The massage treatment rooms are calm, relaxing and clean. I would like to strongly suggest that the owners invest in the health of their massage therapists by providing hydraulic massage tables to ensure the longevity of their careers as I have seen this little detail lead to many shortened massage careers. Thank you
