Installers Now exceeded our expectations when installing a new roof on our home. Everything from responsive customer service, competitive price, and most importantly quality work from installation through cleanup has made this process extremely easy. I can't recommend them highly enough for your home needs.
They removed the old roof, skylight and gutters quickly and efficiently. Installed a new skylight and composite shingle roof, covered the soffits and fascia with aluminum. The second day it started raining just as they began installing the gutters but since it was Friday before a long weekend they stayed and installed the gutters in the rain. That is commitment and excellent customer service. Everything looks great.
I recently had new windows installed on my duplex and was very pleased with the quality of work and the end result. Not only did they have the most reasonable price but they went above and beyond their original scope of work.
As with any project, there was a slight hiccup along the way, but what stood out to me was how quickly and professionally it was addressed once brought to their attention. They took full responsibility and made it right without hesitation, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer service.
