Our experience working with Dera was excellent. This was our first formalization of our estate plan and the experience of a specialist was huge. The process was made easier with the streamlined, straightforward approach and assistance of the firm's paralegal Sarah. We would highly recommend Horn & Johnsen.
John and his team were so nice, knowledgeable, and professional with my estate planning. They walked me through the entire process step by step, ensuring I knew what was happening and how to go forward with it. They were very quick with getting my documents in order and made sure that I was satisfied with the estate. I can say that this was one of the best legal teams I’ve worked with.
Both Dera and Sarah were wonderful to work with. They made sure we were comfortable and understood the process. They took time to answer in detail every question we had along the way. We have a heightened piece of mind now that we have our special needs trust set up with our son. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning for the future of their special need child.
