During the current excessive heat wave our central air unit failed. The issue seemed clearly linked to the fan motor itself. I placed a call to H&C around 9:30 this morning, and provided the details and my guess about the source of the problem. They informed me they would let me know if a technician became available. Within only about 2 hours they called, and said they'd have a tech on site within about 30 minutes. José arrived about 27 minutes later. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes (I was wrong, it wasn't actually the motor itself) and had our unit functioning perfectly again in less time...read full review
Can't say enough good things about these guys! After the storm on Saturday, we had NO power to our AC/furnace (possible lightning strike or power surge). Had MG&E out, they said to call an electrician. Had an electrician out, they said to call a heating/cooling company. These guys were out within a half hour of calling and got it all fixed. Great people to work with. I highly recommend them.
