Asked for a male stylist, got a lady. Asked for a non-frizz serum, got a scrunchy mousse that made my hair stick together and feel like straw. Had to go home and wash it out. Lame!

Asked for a male stylist, got a lady. Asked for non-frizz serum in hair, got some scrunchy crap that made it stick together and feel like straw that I had to wash out when I got home. Lame.

Here on vacation. Asked for a male stylist when I called but got a lady instead. Asked for a deep conditioning and non-frizz serum. Instead I got some scrunchy curl stuff that made my hair feel like hard straw, smelled like chemicals, and that I had to go home and wash out after I left. Lame. Not recommended.
