I had to free up some space on my laptop in order to do an upgrade.Took it to graphite on the west side of Madison (where I had purchased the laptop) to get some pointers and was instructed to start deleting doubles, live photos and videos. It was taking me forever, so I decided to put all of my photos on an external drive. Needless to say, I found myself having major issues. Of course, I reached out to Graphite once again. Josh came to the rescue! He worked on the project remotely, but I had mistakenly done something crazy when deleting stuff. Superb experience. My iPhone just didn’t turn on this morning. I tried everything, including the Apple Support suggestions to reset/hard reset. Nothing worked. I thought I would have to buy a new phone. I saw there was an appointment available almost immediately at this location much closer to me than the Apple Store. I went in and within about 15 seconds the employee had gotten my phone on again. Turns out I wasn’t doing the hard reset quite right. He taught me how to do it for the future. Friendly, helpful, quick. And they are correct on their website - much more calm and relaxed than the Apple Store. They have a very nice space. I will return if I want to buy an... read full review

Graphite has provided superior service for many years as I progressed through many Macs and migrations to new operating systems. Always completely professional and persistent in resolving the issues to optimize my user experience. This week, Bob Mahnke and his team gladly took on the challenge to completely resolve a blank screen and attendant issues. Bob personally spent MANY hours to surmount an uncooperative Mac. Now everything works perfectly and, once again, I can be confidently and productively performing many projects and meeting their deadlines.
