Dr. Nicole Chervenka is phenomenal! She is thorough and explains concepts at the level that the patient desires: boiled down or ultra-in-depth. She is kind to my old cat, and she helped tailor a treatment plan that meets my financial needs and is reasonable for my lifestyle. My cat certainly lives a more comfortable life after visiting Four Lakes and Dr. Chervenka for a year now.
My dog has been going here for seven years for all annual checkups, health concerns, and even two surgeries. Dr. Scarlett has been wonderful, and even though my dog has had a handful of health challenges, the vet's office was one of his favorite places to go...
About two years ago, the clinic began to expand, and things have changed. Twice now, we've been scheduled with unfamiliar vets (even when I asked for Dr. Scarlett), and we haven't known who we were seeing until they walked in the door.
