First time renting a machine from Fabick and overall I’m very happy with the experience. While I had some issues with the original sales rep on my account, Joe Ott stepped in and took care of everything. I felt like I had been overcharged for a rental, and Joe came in and made it right, refunding me MORE than the amount in question. They were easy to work with and coordinate (unlike sunbelt), had reasonable rental and delivery rates, and have top notch equipment. Very good Cat equipment dealer. Rentals are also available. We can get authentic parts too. Used equipment to suit our budget is available. They offer competent servicing of the equipment. Machine rebuilds can be done here. Competitive rates and good service.
