Some negative reviewers must be unhappy in general and very emotional. I found the owner very sweet despite other customers were in the shop. So do not judge by negative reviews at least this place.

I had a winter jacket and pants repaired. Excellent quality on the repair work. Overall always happy with the service. Glad to support a local business. I’ll continue going back here in the future.

I'm so pleased that I "happened" upon this place, (Express Alterations) at 6717 Odana Rd here in West Madison, WI., and I was looking to have a belt loop sewn back in to an old pair of pants I'd thought I would have to just throw 'em away. ?, However Miss Michelle, front desk, was able to assure me about this fix remedy. I'm so grateful for the services rendered to me, here that I'll certainly be back for more great alterations advice, also ❤️!!!
