Dr. Hazen loves his work! This morning during a crown procedure he described what was happening to my tooth with such fervor; positioning his hands in the shape of a tooth and moving them about illustrating the movement of the tooth. So funny and professional. He's also a bridge builder- takes the time to know his patients, his staff and to find common ground.

Dr. Hazen has been my dentist since 1995 when I first saw him for a root canal. He continues to be the best dentist I have ever seen. He is a caring, friendly guy who does amazing work in a very comfortable setting. I will never go anywhere else.

Incredibly grateful for Dentistry for Madison and Dr Hazen! They truly care about their patients and do excellent work. My son, a student at UW-Madison, chipped a tooth and Dr Hazen fit him in immediately to get him fixed up. The office is also walking distance from campus, which made it easy to get to. I'm not local and relieved my son was being taken care of and in good hands. I highly recommend Dentistry for Madison.
