I amIn pain I had an appointment scheduled for months for pain management with Cheryl on park street with no more then two days before the appointment they canceled no reason why, no I'm sorry. I planned daycare for this appointment which I pay for, I also have hit my deductible, in essence this appointment could cost me thousands out of pocket with imaging because it will fall into next year I've been in pain for several months. When I complained to staff they told me I quote "stop bitching"-------- I didn't know you could talk to patients that way. Expect them to be upset if you reschedule last minute.Then I also filed a complaint they told me "oh well it happens" didn't put me on the next available appointment list nor did they care. It's horrible treatment. They should put me on the next available appointment. SSM HAS CHANGED SINCE ITS NO LONGER DEAN STAFF IS BEYOND RUDE, treats patients like crap. Just sit in a waiting room on stoughton road and listen to the the way the front desk staff talk down to patients DURING COVID I SEEN A MAN WITH NO LEGS BE TOLD HE COULDNT HAVE HIS CAREGIVER WHEEL HIM BACK (this was when they said one person per room ) What a dumpster fire You can do better ssmYOU TREAT PATIENTS LIKE CRAP

SSM MADISON West has great staff and doctors but there is one doctor who is the worst and that would be Dr. Copland. Dr. Copland is the worst doctor because he isn't great at lots of things and he should already be retired. I have doctors that are better than him and one thing I know is I wish I had a doctor that was around my age to replace Dr. Copland at anytime!!!
