Mile’s is very professional and does a great job diagnosing any problems you may have. I’ve been to a lot of the repair shops in Madison but none do it like him. Highly recommend!

I have a pretty obscure laptop, and to make it more confusing the parts that the manufacturer has used to make it have changed since its release. But Miles did a bunch of research and figured out the best, most cost effective solution for the repair I needed, and cleaned out some parts related to my issue that I didn’t even ask about. A few weeks out from getting it back, and the machine is working great. Thanks a bunch, Miles :)

Happy to add to all the other 5 star reviews:So my wife spilt fruit juice on her laptop; went down into the keyboard and everything. It was functional but the keys were super sticky and corrosion was likely.In my amateur attempts to remove keys for cleaning, I broke a few. A couple other shops said they could not fix individual keys and would have to replace the whole keyboard - for about $175 part and $100 labor.Miles at CTRL+Shift 1) tried his best to fix the keys, though they were damaged beyond use 2) replaced the entire upper assembly for less cost (part & labor) than other shops quoted for a keyboard (though I suspect the whole assembly would have to be removed... read full review
