My experience with Cress was outstanding! They took great care of me, my deceased spouse and all the family and friends who participated in our unique Celebration of Life on Dec. 7, 2023, a true celebration that featured a live DJ, food, live music and a wonderful eulogy. The people of Cress were not only helpful, compassionate and professional but they also provided help and resources at key moments during the celebration that helped the experience be all that it was. I cannot say enough good things regarding Cress and I will always recommend them to those needing such services in the future.

My sister passed away two weeks ago from a rare form of cancer. My sister-in-law picked this location based on proximity to their home. There were several entities involved in the planning of her funeral due to her status in the community. The staff at Cress helped to make difficult decisions easy. They went above and beyond on the days of visitation and service. We planned to just play music from my sisters phone. Her phone was new and they didn't have the correct output for it. Staff worked together and prior to the start of the visitation, they had the doggle(?) that was needed. Jennifer Heimdahl was so helpful at the last minute and with a really unique scenario where I needed help with an urn for my Dad's ashes and to make a travel plan to his home state for burial. She proactively called the out of town cemetery to get the requirements so I didn't have to and prepared me with all the paperwork I didn't know I needed. She was kind and listened, didn't rush me but was none the less very efficient in making sure I was all set.
