I have a Schlage 9691T key fob for my apartment in Miami, Florida, and I couldn’t find anyone locally who could duplicate it. The online process is so easy. They were able to tell me with hours of my online query that yes, they could make a copy. Then the copy arrived within a few days. And it works! Fabulous

I needed a new key to replace the one I lost. They were easy to work with and amazingly quick turnaround time. I didn't have to send my fob in because I could still read the info on the back to send to them. Very fast service. Will definitely use them again for this kind of thing.
