“Update: the company reached out to me to make this right. They discounted the service to (almost) to the original quoted range. We discussed their system of price quoting and the need for accuracy so a client can make an informed decision in hiring them.
The cleaners did a great job cleaning, but we would have went with a different company with more transparent pricing if we had known how much it would end up costing. I called to schedule a move out cleaning and I wasn't told that the fridge and stove would be $120 extra (obviously needed in a move out cleaning) until I had already booked the appointment. They were WAY off on their quoted time, it took double what I was quoted and ended up costing a couple hundred dollars above the quoted range. The House is only 1100sqft, but it took 8.86 billed hours (2 women cleaing for 4.43hrs) to clean.”
