This was a great experience from the initial phone call the office staff was great and scheduling was simple. Eddy came out to clean the fireplace. He was amazing the inspection was very well explained along with repairs that needed to be done. Will use this company for all of my fireplaces and chimney needs

Very responsive, came to give an estimate on the same (very cold) Sunday that I first contacted. The chimney work was scheduled quickly, done well, and the crew did a thorough cleanup after. The new chimney looks great!

Called them out due to fan not working in my fireplace. Eddie came right out, figured out the problem and refused payment due to the issue being so minor. You don't see customer service like that anymore! Thank you very much and would highly recommend!
