I'd give the sub-contracted painting crew five stars for sure. They did great exterior painting, and some detail work on exterior doors and some porch ceilings. CertaPro proper handled the initial estimate well, but ultimately they were just an intermediary between the homeowner and the paint crew. I felt I got a fair price and decent service.
Had a great experience from start to end. They responded to my quote request quickly. Once I approved the quote the work was done two days later. The quality of the work was also top notch. I'm very happy with the service I received.
From the timeliness of the original estimate to the meticulous attention to detail of the stucco repair and full house painting, Brenda and her CertaPro team were outstanding. Highly recommend!
