Incredible experience here. This shop is owned and operated by women. Diane the owner and Jessica the cobbler. They tag team the hell out of this business to keep customers happy. Even though they weren’t able to fix all of my items today because they’re so busy Jessica did take two seconds to hook me up and fix my daily clutch. Talk about clutch. I will be back once they get a chance to breathe. Keep up the amazing work. Thanks ladies!!!

I’ve taken a couple pieces of luggage here to have the zipper replaced and I was very happy with the time and quality of the work. Definitely going back for some shoe repairs this week actually.

The staff at Cecil's were great to me. Definitely stop in if you're looking for shoe repair. The prices are fair. Turnaround does take time but this is to be expected for quality work.
