I had the pleasure of working with Bryce, he's incredibly kind, thorough, professional, and knowledgable. I had an emergency situation arise and called Capitol Lock to request there service. Bryce arrived ten minutes later with the tools, equipment, and determination to not leave without getting the job done. We will be forever grateful for his service and commitment to his profession. Had a friend who was in the hospital who needed help w a key duplication for a condo with duplication restrictions. They were super helpful and friendly in making it happen (working w management and the unit owner of course).
I needed some commercial door handles in a pinch and they not only had what I needed but rekeyed them on the spot to match my current locks. The price at the counter was higher than if I bought the same thing online, but that's the cost of convenience -- I didn't have three days to wait for the items.
