We hired Bugg in late summer 2021 to grind a stump and assess our back yard to determine which trees we could/should remove. They were awesome. Then, this year (2023) we needed some trees removed. They came to assess the trees and said they'd get back to us in a week with the quote. Three weeks passed without a quote. I called the office and was told I would receive a quote within a few days. It has been another two weeks and no quote. We've gone with another company given Bugg's lack of reliability and poor communication.Service: Tree stump grinding
Read a positive review on Nextdoor so requested an estimate to remove two large ash trees and the soonest I could get an appointment was the following week. I did explain this is pretty straightforward, trees are out in front (you can practically touch them from the sidewalk) and asked if I need to be there. They said they like to meet. I agreed and made the appointment and wrote on my calendar. They sent email reminder the day before the appointment AND also a text to my cell phone the morning of the appointment. I waited for them for HALF HOUR. Very irritating because I do not live there, so spent time and gas driving there and then sitting in my car waiting for them....read full review
The crew that came exhibited exceptional professionalism, from their extreme regard for safety and supreme skill to their courteous and joyful teamwork. A Cspecial shout-out to the lead climber Cooper, he is literally poetry in motion and a very nice fellow. I should add, they left the grounds and road immaculately clean.Service: Tree removal
