A friend and I were looking forward to our float and massage for a long time; however when making the appointments for the "intro special" of Float ($39) and Massage ($59) Spa Manager (Janelle) would not honor the deal. Even though it was still posted on the website. We cancelled our services that day and will not give them our business. The cost of the negative word of mouth may be more costly than her just honoring the deal in the first place.

A friend and I thought it would be super fun to take a float. We were right! The woman at the front desk was friendly and very informative about what the float was going to be like and the procedures before and after. I felt very well prepared. I would say that explanation about how the buttons inside the pod work so part of the float wasn't taken up figuring that out. Overall, a lovely and relaxing experience I would do again!
