Kind and considerate employees. I lost my office key on a walk and was retracing my steps multiple times when one of your employees noticed me. He stopped his riding mower, got off, and asked if I was looking for something. He had found my key! I greatly appreciate his attention to detail and helpful attitude. Thank you for making my day much easier! The lawn looked amazing too!

Commenting about their great customer/community service. I was having sound issues with a parking lot next door to my home being snow plowed. I called Barnes to ask if there was anything they could do. They promptly communicated with their plow employees and called me back to let me know about a resolution.Their communication was timely, respectful, and apologetic. I would imagine it’s the same for paying customers.

All I want ot say is the we have Chris to do our lawn and it should looks good. We had bought the lot on each side of us that was farm land. We got Chris to come and spray the two lots and the main lot and it should it looking nice. Now we have been working at the lots for a couple of years. We even have our neighbors saying that they really look good.Chris came today and is always nice and easy to work with. He also said that the two lots acuslly look like lawn now.Chris thank you again for all your hard work.I know you got rid of my beetles now if you could get rid of all the lady bugs :) Deb
