My experience was very good in the beginning but went downhill about 6 month mark . I Would NOT recommend this agency! They love you one minute and call you names the next when you ask for the things you need. scheduling is stressful and unreliable and Moses is not committed to self direction as a right for people with disabilities .From what I hear from his staff. treats them poorly too. Run away as far as you can . All the good reviews were months ago that commitment to client care is long gone.
