We had a leak for our garbage disposal- we were able to get an appointment the next day, they came in, quickly assessed the issue, and put a new one in on the spot. Would definitely recommend
Initially had a scheduling snafoo, but they made it right and have given excellent service replacing our tankless water heater. Clean and communicative. We will use them again for any plumbing needs.
I don't trust anyone else for plumbing work! Avid does a fantastic job start to finish. Prompt communication to schedule and get someone out to the house right away, tech thoroughly explained the situation and options, all the parts needed for the job were on hand and job was done quickly!
