From start to finish, my recent appointment with Dr. Brittany Bowen and her incredible dental hygienist, Caysi, was nothing short of outstanding. Caysi did a phenomenal job during my cleaning—thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. She also walked me through how to use the new Philips Sonicare water flosser and explained everything clearly. Her friendly, professional manner helped make the visit smooth and stress-free. As always, Dr. Bowen was exceptional. She replaced a crown for me with absolute precision and care. Knowing I’m sensitive to pain, she provided excellent numbing care and continuously checked in on how I was doing, both during and after the procedure. That kind of compassion and attentiveness is why I trust her completely and have stayed with her for years. I also want to give a special shoutout to Abby in patient billing. She’s been amazing at helping me navigate the ins and outs of insurance and cost planning. Abby takes the time to explain everything and truly helps guide me toward the best decisions.
