This review is long overdue. 1st American Pest Control is my first choice. I called and left a message for them around the 4th of July. The owner Barry quickly called me back. His communication was great. Direct and clear. This is what I will do. This is what it will cost. This is when I will do it. And he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it for the amount he said he would do it for. Sadly, it is something I rarely see these days which is why 1st American Pest Control will continue to receive my business. A side note,Barry came to address a wasp next in our yard. My wife asked him about getting rid of some garden pests and he was very helpful with some advise at no extra cost.
Barry is a very knowledgeable professional. It's nice not dealing with a middle man. Does what he says he is going to do and shows up when he is supposed to. Great experience. Will definitely use #1stamericanpestcontrol again.
Long time customer. Barry is always pleasant, professional and reliable. He cares that the job is done right and has gone over and above to help us relocate a raccoon family that took up residence under our porch. I've used the larger chain companies in the past and there is a huge difference in the quality of work and the accountability. I'd highly recommend this company.
