Furnace went out on a Friday afternoon on the coldest day -40 of course - had another company come out twice trying to get furnace running - kept kicking out every hour and barely would heat just told me to hang on until Monday! I called Ultimate Air Saturday morning and they were over in a few hours and said right away that it was time for the furnace to go to the beyond! Jack said he had a couple space heaters for us which was awesome and saved us and all of our birds!! Jeff came over an hour later on a Saturday to get us a furnace picked out! I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ultimate Air and I can’t say enough good things about them. Dan was the technician who came to help, and he was truly amazing from start to finish. As soon as he arrived, he was kind, professional, and immediately put me at ease.
What I appreciated most was how he took the time to talk with me, not just at me. He explained everything that was going on with my furnace in a way that I could actually understand, without making me feel overwhelmed or confused. He walked me through what was wrong, and what needed to be done to fix it. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and the people he’s helping.

a neighbor recommended this company. I called them to come out and just check my heat system and change filters. technician was very efficient, knowledgeable, and seemed to do a thorough check on everything. I would definitely recommend.
