Furnace went out on a Friday afternoon on the coldest day -40 of course - had another company come out twice trying to get furnace running - kept kicking out every hour and barely would heat just told me to hang on until Monday! I called Ultimate Air Saturday morning and they were over in a few hours and said right away that it was time for the furnace to go to the beyond! Jack said he had a couple space heaters for us which was awesome and saved us and all of our birds!! Jeff came over an hour later on a Saturday to get us a furnace picked out! We mentioned that we had birds and were worried about the fumes of a new furnace might be harmful to them, so he had the guys run the furnace Monday AM before Jack and Joseph came to install. They came right away Monday morning got the old furnace out and installed the new one by late afternoon and we had HEAT!! Customer service and value of what you get is worth it! Would recommend this company to my family and friends! THANKS AGAIN ULTIMATE AIR!!!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ultimate Air and I can’t say enough good things about them. Dan was the technician who came to help, and he was truly amazing from start to finish. As soon as he arrived, he was kind, professional, and immediately put me at ease. What I appreciated most was how he took the time to talk with me, not just at me. He explained everything that was going on with my furnace in a way that I could actually understand, without making me feel overwhelmed or confused. He walked me through what was wrong, and what needed to be done to fix it. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and the people he’s helping. His patience, honesty, and friendliness made a stressful situation feel so much easier. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also just a genuinely kind human being. I felt completely confident in the work being done, and I’m so grateful for the time he spent making sure everything was taken care of the right way. If anyone needs HVAC service, I highly recommend Ultimate Air,especially if you’re lucky enough to get Dan. He turned what could’ve been a frustrating day into a positive experience, and I’m genuinely thankful for his help!
a neighbor recommended this company. I called them to come out and just check my heat system and change filters. technician was very efficient, knowledgeable, and seemed to do a thorough check on everything. I would definitely recommend.
