“My wife and I used Shadian Landscaping last year (2020) to put a lawn in the first week of October. Dan was easy to work work, he was honest and open with realistic expectations on the installation. Other new builds in our area put new lawn in in spring/summer of 2021 and comparing the results I am glad that we went with Shadian. We really like the seed mix that was chosen, our lawn is noticeably greener and has a lot of finer/softer grasses than some of the other new lawns in our neighborhood. My only advice is to pay up to put down erosion mat in all seeded areas, there is a difference in a couple portions were we did not compared to where we did.“
