This was my first experience with Veterinary Village, and I came here for reproductive services. Dr Greer, Dr Kowaleski, Lisa, Hollie, and every other staff member I encountered were absolutely fantastic to work with, down to the last detail. I will be back!

We were so very happy with taking our Cat here! Our experience was so great. Megan and Dr. Sherman showed the highest level of care, compassion, knowledge. They took a wonderful amount of time us, no rushing, answered all questions, were so gentle with our Cat and most understanding of our concerns. For us, the costs are high, a huge concern, however, receiving the quality of care was great. Highly recommend Megan and Dr. Sherman! Oh and follow up care is tremendous!

Dr Hutsebaut and his vet tech staff are AMAZING! I love to work with them and look forward to our visits because I know they will go above and beyond for my babies. They are just as caring over phone call or email as well. Plus I'm always pleasently surprised by the bill-each time. Usually less than expected. The reason I stay at Vet Village is bc of Dr Hutsebaut, Nacaela, Megan S, Becca...i KNOW I'm forgetting others... Couldn't imagine anyone else caring for my babies.

Really starting to have some concerns here. Not sure if anything has changed but there is absolutely no follow up and the bedside manner of attending vet was deplorable. Our dog has been for different reasons 2x over the last month. The first time was for a lump in her neck that they think was cause by an over reactive lymph node. Spent less than 3 minutes in the room, prescribed ear drops and $330.00 later we were out the door with meds. The second time was because she was coughing and was having difficulty breathing.we fought o get her seen, multiple calls in and no call backs. At times the phone would ring for minutes without an answer. It took almost 2 days and 5 calls before we could schedule an appointment. She was seen and was given chest X-rays. We were told that a specialist would need to read them and he would get back to us. $500 plus later we were again out the door with more meds and a we will call you with the results goodbye That was 8 days ago. I called today and was told they just received the results and they needed to be reviewed by the doctor, probably tomorrow as not in today. I asked if someone else could please read them and call us today as it has been over a week and I don’t believe it should take this long. I was promised that would happen. Guess what? I will keep you updated. They are closed and we never received a call.if I could give zero stars I would.

Dr Alman didn't hurry threw the exam and listened to all my concerns. And explained things so I understood. She's awesome. I highly recommend her.

Vet Village is the #1 choice in comprehensive pet care in my opinion. I feel blessed to be able to have them at a close distance from where I live. I chose to get a vasectomy for my dog because of all of the benefits compared to full castration. So thankful that Dr. Greer provides this service and at a reasonable price❤️

After many, many years of being a dog breeder, I virtually ALWAYS have a Great take away and learn something new every time I am there, which can be several to a dozen times a month with our reproductive girls.
