“very helpful, i had a problem with a drain pump in the basement for the toilet and they said they dont work on those. However, Craig was able to give me advice on it and had me try something to determine that i just needed a float switch for the pump. They saved me hundreds of dollars by pinpointing the problem over the phone to something i can easily fix by myself. 10/10 would recommend. Very helpful and easy to work with!“
