I can’t recommend Dr. Bittner enough!! I was training for my first CrossFit competition and injured my back three weeks prior to the competition. I was in so much pain that I could barely stand long enough to take a shower. I went to see Dr. Bittner and she assured me I would be good to go by the time of the competition. I was very skeptical when she said that, but she was absolutely correct. Dr. Bittner is caring and so very good at what she does. She is both knowledgeable and intuitive! She educates in a way that helps you understand exactly what you need to do to be the healthiest possible.
