I can’t recommend Dr. Bittner enough!! I was training for my first CrossFit competition and injured my back three weeks prior to the competition. I was in so much pain that I could barely stand long enough to take a shower. I went to see Dr. Bittner and she assured me I would be good to go by the time of the competition. I was very skeptical when she said that, but she was absolutely correct.
